Book our facilities
Our purpose built function hall is fully equipped for any event. We often host birthdays, formal dinners and weddings. We have a fully licensed and well stocked bar. The facilities are completely accessible by all. We also can host larger receptions and work closely with Domino Marquees for bigger functions.
The maximum capacity is 120 people for a buffet/disco type (not formally seated) function and 96 for a seated dinner. Please note that the bar closes at 12.00 midnight and we request that entertainment stops at 12.30 am and that all guests vacate the premises by 1.00 am.
There are extensive car parking facilities. As the venue is also a hockey club there are changing rooms and external facilities that can also be utilised. Wifi and a sound system are available within the hall.
Hire of hall = £200 with a minimum guaranteed bar spend of £400 (shortfall will be deducted from refundable deposit).
Hire of the kitchen = £75.00 applies if you wish to use the kitchen facilities to prepare or heat food and/or wash up or if you are using an outside caterer.
Refundable damage deposit = £250.00 (£500 for 18th Bithdays).
In addition for 18th and 21st Birthdays the club stipulates that licenced security door staff should be in attendance and the cost to be borne by the hirer.
The club does have a catering manager who would be happy to discuss any catering requirements you may have and if you choose to use her services then there would be not cost for the kitchen use.
The hire charge includes bar staff and all drinks including soft drinks must be purchased from the bar – the club does not have a corkage policy.
