The term 'Personal Data' refers to information about you personally, which, from time to time, you will be asked to submit (for example name and email address) as part of your membership registration. As a result of changes in the law and technology, the Club's Privacy Policy may change over time. When this happens, the Club will post the changes on this website as soon as is practicable. The Club and Clubbuzz will always deal with your Personal Data fairly and in accordance with the Privacy Policy and your requests.
Use of Personal Data
Personal Data is collected in accordance with the Privacy Policy. It will be used for the purposes described in that policy which may include:

maintaining the Club's membership and alumni databases;

It may also be disclosed to England Hockey and other governing bodies and may be disclosed where the Club or Clubbuzz are obliged or permitted by law to do so.
Timescale
The Club will hold your Personal Data within our systems for as long as you remain a member of the Club. When you cease to be a member all Personal Data will be deleted from the membership register within 6 weeks of the date of your resignation and only retained in so far as required by law or for our alumni register.

Your data will be managed by ClubBuzz which manages data for hundreds of similar clubs in a secure hosting environment. Your data will be retained within the European Economic Area (EEA) other than where it is transferred to a third party for the purpose of setting up a payment regime where it will only leave the EEA if security meets the EU’s security requirements.
