The Talent Academy is administered by a Management Committee which is independent of the Club mabagement committee.

Other volunteers act as Talent Academy officers, coaches and manager.

The Management Committee and other  officers are supported by the Club's dedicated members of staff as described in the "Our Staff" article in the Members' area of this website.
