The Club’s Annual General Meeting is on Saturday 25th June 2016 at 12 noon at the Clubhouse in Luxborough Lane.
Please see below and attached the Agenda for the meeting and also attached the Membership Secretary’s report and proposal of changes to Annual Subscriptions for your information. Any queries regarding this information or apologies should be made direct the Honorary Secretary: Jane Blake janelesley.blake@tiscali.co.uk.
From 1.30 pm onwards there will be both Ladies and Men’s Alumni games which will be an opportunity to see a lot of old faces who have played for the club over the years.
A BBQ will be running throughout the afternoon and the club bar will be open.
