AGM notice for unincoprporated association

In 2017 the unincorporated association of members called Old Loughtonians Hockey Club (the "Association") transferred its assets and activities to Old Loughtonians Hockey Club Limited.
The Association still has some open bank accounts which are in the process of being closed and the Association will then be dissolved.
The only members of the Association are five members of ManCom and those Life members and Vice Presidents who were members before the transfer.
An annual general meeting is required and will be held on 12th October 2020.
