Dear Members,
As promised, please find attached, in advance of the zoom AGM on Sunday, written reports from our chairman, membership secretary ladies club captain and men's club captain, director of playing and coaching and from our treasurer.
I've also attached the agenda, the schedule to which has been updated with the latest information on club positions. You will see that a few positions are still vacant. It's not too late to volunteer :)
Since item 3 on the agenda will ask members to approve last year's AGM minutes, I include a link here to those minutes, which are in the members' area of the website.
