Club AGM

The club AGM will be held this year on Saturday 27th June at 4 pm. The change in timing from previous years has been prompted by the poor turnout last year. Prior to the AGM we plan to run a mixed hockey tournament from about 1 to 3.30 pm. It should be fun with a BBQ and the bar open and hopefully will encourage some of you stay for the meeting. Please can you email Chris Ross on Christopher.Ross@rbs.com if you would like to play in the tournament or just turn up to the AGM.
At the AGM there will be as usual elections to the management committee of the club for the next season. The majority of the existing committee will not be standing for re-election this year so if you are interested in putting yourself forward for the committee (or just have some questions about the roles) please contact the Honorary Secretary: Chris Ross onChristopher.Ross@rbs.com. The roles on the committee are as follows:

- Treasurer
- Hon Secretary
- Mens Captain
- Ladies Captain
- Membership Secretary
- Chairman of the Playing and Coaching Committee
