Club Coordinator, Old Loughtonians Hockey Club
Hours of work (including match days) to be agreed- salary based on 40 hours a week - £20,000 - £25,000 dependent on agreed scope
Old Loughtonians Hockey Club, the premier club in North East London and Essex, is seeking a proactive, highly motivated and committed individual to oversee a wide array of club matters. The successful candidate will be employed on a full time basis with the aim of supporting the committee and the day-to-day running of the club.
Specific duties:
Hockey Focus
- Management of Coaching Staff including Youth Coaching, Health and Safety, First Aid, Safeguarding and Qualifications
- Maintaining Relationships with UK Sport and England Hockey
- Developing external funding opportunities
- Representing the Club in the wider hockey community
- Player Recruitment
- Developing links with schools
- Supporting club committee
- Management of indoor coaching, facilities and administration
Administrative Focus
- Media and Marketing
- Social Media and Web Coordination
- Assisting club administration
- Internal Club Communication
