Men's 3 v Kings Alleyns 2nd XI         5 - 4

Academy v Basildon 1                        6 - 0

Willows 1s v Southend 3                   4 - 3

Willows 2s v Chelmsford 7                0 - 3

Snippet

Academy v Basildon

The A2’s were keen to complete the 1st half of the season with a 100% record, with the visitors languishing in the league. The match started at a slow tempo, the A2s winning a number of shorts before eventually Richard Falconer put one home against an excellent opposition keeper.

Ladies results

This weekend saw points for 3 of the 4 ladies teams,

L4 kicked the day off with a 1-0 win.  https://olhc.clubbuzz.co.uk/admin/events/309299/match_record

L1 loss was not reflective of their performance and the team really missed captain Chelsey when she had to leave the pitch due to injury - http://olhc.clubbuzz.co.uk/match_record/309277

L5 fought hard with a bare 11 and no GK to earn a point with a 1-1 draw - http://olhc.clubbuzz.co.uk/match_record/309320

But the result of the day was L3 7-1 win - having gone 1-0 down and 1-1 at half time, a second half performance of great team play, passing, movement, intensity and desire - and 6 goals - takes them 2nd in the league at the mid point of the season - http://olhc.clubbuzz.co.uk/match_record/309045
