Annual general meetings
The final AGM for the Club as an unincorporated association took place at the Clubhouse on Wednesday 28th June immediately followed by the first AGM of Old Loughtonians Hockey Club Limited.

The highlights were as follows.
The reports from the chairman and the men's club captain included the good news of two promotions (Ladies 2s and Men's 1s) and no relegations, the creation of a new team (The Willows) and the transfer of the activities and assets of the association to the new company with effect from the start of the new financial year.
The treasurer reported on the good financial results for the year and provided projections for the coming year.
The membership secretary reported on the encouraging increase in members during last season and the pleasing number of membership enquiries for the summer leagues and the new season. The proposed fee structure for 2017/18 was discussed and approved.
The members of the management committee offered themselves for re-election and were voted back.
The chairman reported the good news that the majority of coaches, managers and captains have agreed to continue. Captains are now in place for all five ladies teams and the only captain yet to be confirmed is for the men's 3s.
The majority of club officers (welfare, discipline, London league liaison officer and men's fixture secretary) have also agreed to continue.
Please let the management committee know if you are willing to assist as umpire secretary, on the social committee or as ladies fixtures secretary. Membership discounts apply for volunteers.
Gane Jackson Scott were reappointed as auditors for the association and appointed as auditors of the company."
