Club AGM Sunday 7th July

The annual general meeting ("AGM") of Old Loughtonians Hockey Club Limited is to be held at the clubhouse at 5pm on Sunday 7th July 2018.

All fully paid up fully registered members (of whatever age) are entitled to attend and speak at the AGM.  All such fully paid up "Senior Members" (members other than Colt and Mini members) can also vote. 

Non-members who are there can attend the meeting but cannot speak or vote. The AGM will be preceded by some social hockey, from 2pm and a barbeque from 4pm. Please come along

If you are unable to attend you can always complete a form of Proxy which can be found on the club website and should be returned to Jane Blake by 6th July.

 

FIH Pro League

Semi Finals Friday 28th June 16:15 – live on BT Sport

Great Britain's men will face Australia at Amsterdam’s iconic Wagener Stadium in the first ever FIH Pro League Grand Final. The last time the sides met in a double header at Lee Valley Hockey & Tennis Centre, GB walked away with two points from a shootout victory.

LSE Hockey Men's 1st Team are looking for someone who is available on Mondays for a 1hr30min training session at Lee Valley's Hockey stadium and on Wednesdays to attend matches both home and away.  If you are interested please contact Anshuman Sood AnshumanSood@hotmail.com for further details.

 

KAHC London 6s Saturday 10th August

KAHC London 6s tournament provides the perfect balance of a friendly and highly competitive pre-season challenge, and an opportunity to wind down the festival season with a few cheeky beers. There will be separate men’s and women’s competitions played on Astroturf pitches with prizes (and bragging rights) for the winners.  The student priced bar will keep you well -watered and the onsite caterers well fed, plus there will be an after-party starting at the clubhouse and for those with the extra stamina, continuing on at a local watering hole.

Summer Hockey Camps
