Reminder - Club AGM Sunday 7th July
The annual general meeting ("AGM") of Old Loughtonians Hockey Club Limited is to be held at the clubhouse at 5pm on Sunday 7th July 2018.
All fully paid up fully registered members (of whatever age) are entitled to attend and speak at the AGM. All such fully paid up "Senior Members" (members other than Colt and Mini members) can also vote.
Non-members who are there can attend the meeting but cannot speak or vote. The AGM will be preceded by some social hockey, from 2pm and a barbeque from 4pm. Please come along
If you are unable to attend you can always complete a form of Proxy which can be found on the club website and should be returned to Jane Blake by 6th July.
Summer Hockey Camps
The hockey camps running during the summer will now be open to those players aged 5 and upwards. To register your interest please email camps@oldloughtonians.co.uk
OLHC Mixed Summer League
OLHC Mixed Summer League is starting on Sunday 14th July. There will be 6-a-side or 7-a-side games every Sunday morning 11am to 1pm, with an updated league table published every week. It's ok if you can only attend occasionally as this is open to all OLHC men & ladies of all standards, plus youngsters from 12 years of age upwards. Teams will be arranged to include all abilities from across the club.
