Awards Evenings
This seasons awards will be presented via Zoom on the following days:
Adults – Friday 29th May
Youth – Friday 5th June
Minis – Friday 5th June

Mini News
I am pleased to announce that Jamie Oxley has been appointed Minis Head Coach for the coming season. Some of you will know Jamie as he has been working with the Minis last season but is now stepping up to take control of the Minis coaching. We are delighted to have him onboard, he is a L3 coach and coach developer with some great ideas to move OL Minis forward.
We have also been looking at making the Minis section more structured by dividing the workload into specific roles. This will hopefully lessen the workload and encourage volunteers to help with small parts of the Minis administration. I have been in touch with some people already and plan to contact more over the next few weeks. I will be in touch with everyone with more detail and asking for volunteers in a few weeks’ time.
All the player of the year awards have been decided and we thought it would be exciting to hold a virtual awards presentation. Date for your diary Friday 5th June at 6pm via zoom.
U15 Boys Charity Challenge
The boys are carrying out a 2.6 challenge and have filmed a trailer. Clubhouse and pitches closed
Just a note that that the pitches and clubhouse are still CLOSED. We are awaiting an update from our governing body England Hockey as to what will be possible within the new guidelines. Will update when we receive more details
