Old Loughtonians Hockey Club - Summer Camps 2020
28th & 29th & 30th July - 9:30 registration– 1:00pm
(1/2 day only)
All abilities welcome, both boys and girls ages 7-16
This is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and improve performance under the guidance of Academy and Performance coaches.
The Camp Costs are £40 per morning or £100 if attending all three mornings.
We will be following England Hockey guidelines relating to Covid19 safety, numbers are therefore limited and attendees will work within small groups only.
Our camps are open to players of all abilities and the sessions are designed to enable everyone to learn and achieve in a fun, safe and child friendly environment. Participants will be divided into playing ability groups so it is vital that you provide us with a brief profile of your playing ability and experience as we will not be able to move from one group to another once underway.
Each camp registration will start at 9.30 and finish at 1pm. Registration will take place outside of the entrance to the Changing Rooms. We will advise players of a specific meeting point and their coach prior to arrival in order that they do not need to mix with others unnecessarily before starting the sessions .
Players should bring the following items: shin pads, gum shield, hockey stick, snacks, lots to drink, small hand sanitiser and a smile.
Depending on the weather you should also bring sun cream, a hat and something to keep you warm – just in case!
