Club annual general meeting
Notice is given that the annual general meeting of Old Loughtonians Hockey Club (the "Club") for the year 2017/2018 will be held at Roding Sports Centre, Luxborough Lane, Chigwell, Essex IG7 5AB on 11 September 2018 at 19.30 hours for the following purposes:

Ordinary Business
1 President’s Welcome;
2 Apologies for Absence;
3 Club Chairman's report;
4 Report by Honorary Secretary - approval of minutes of 2017 AGM;
5 Report of the club’s financial results and balance sheet by the Honorary Treasurer;
6 Election of President, Club Chairman, Honorary Treasurer and Honorary Secretary;
7 Election of Vice – Presidents (none proposed);
8 Election of the Membership Secretary;
9 Appointment of an auditor;
10 Annual subscriptions and match fees (none);
11. Amendment to rule 11.1 of the Club constitution. "The quorum at all General Meetings shall be reduced from 25 to 4 members entitled to vote".

To be valid, forms of proxy must be lodged at the registered office of the company, no fewer than 24 hours before the time fixed for the meeting.
